Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must include all original packaging and accessories.
• The part must not have been installed, modified, or damaged due to improper use.

Compatibility & Fitment

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility with their equipment model.

CETI provides detailed fitment information to help customers select the correct replacement part. If you are unsure whether a product fits your equipment, please contact us before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Products that have been installed or used.
• Products damaged due to incorrect installation.
• Products modified or altered after purchase.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer service team with:

• Product details
• Reason for return
• Photos if applicable

After approval, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
